Uncle Colin's Prize Cauliflowers!
My newest figurine is called "Uncle Colin's Prize Cauliflowers", and he'll be making his debut at the craft fair in the Glasgow Botanic Gardens this Sunday from 10.30-4.30- quite an appropriate venue for a gardener to be! :)

Janet and John
I now have a selection of figurines and keyrings at at the recently opened gift shop and gallery Janet and John in De Courcy's arcade (5-21 Cresswell Lane, Hillhead, Glasgow, G12 8AA)
I've met the owners, Janet and John Turner, at craft fairs where they've been with Janet's Baljaffray Handknits business- she had benefitted from selling via a gallery in the highlands but there was nowhere similar in Glasgow- so they decided to open one themselves. :) They used their own names (which, for those of you old enough to remember, they share with those fictional characters who helped many kids learn to read!) as it fitted in with the retro feel of De Courcy's Arcade, where you can also buy vintage clothing from Miss Lottie Lou's and have a cuppa in The Cup And Saucer vintage tearoom.
Janet and John's gallery is a great place to shop for a gift, they sell a wide variety of unique, handcrafted items from handknitted items, to jewellery, to cards, fine art and photography, to ceramics and homewares, and much more- there's something for everyone! :)

Spring has sprung...
...The grass is riz, I wonder where the birdies is?
Well, these little easter chicks are going to be making their debut at my stall at the Glasgow Botanic gardens this Sunday (open from 10.30-4)
Joining them, amongst others, will be this little baby elephant with mummy elephant- an ideal gift for Mothers' Day (next Sunday, 10th March) or just for anyone who loves elephants!
