Hallowe'en is coming!

...And I've been making some spooky black cats and pumpkins in preparation!

As well as some tasty-looking treats, donut cufflinks!

And I've plans for a lot more new things in preparation for Hallowe'en and Xmas, so watch this space! :)

It's that time of year again...!

You know, September, when all the Xmas stock has started appearing in the shops already (!) and has got me thinking about what I can make for my xmas stalls this year, and how maybe I should advertise for people to get their custom orders in early, since there's only this many shopping days left! :O

What about a figurine or keyring which looks just like their furry friend? I can work from a photo and copy their unique markings...

Or I could make a little figurine depicting them getting up to their usual mischief, like Olly the naughty kitty here who loves to knock things off tables and dressers...

Or a character doing one of their hobbies, such as this little dragon here working on her latest story... Wheelchair Woodturners Fairs

This is me with my stall at August's craft fair in the Botanic Gardens. :) It was a good weekend and I'll be appearing at their next fairs every month this year- 1st and 2nd of September, 6th and 7th October, Sunday 4th November, and Sunday 2nd and Sunday 9th December. I've just made a last minute booking for the Byres Road Makers Market, this Saturday 11-4 @ Hillhead Library Glasgow :) I'll also be appearing at the Botanic Gardens craft fairs organised by Wheelchair Woodturners next weekend on the 4th and 5th of August, held in the Hopkirk building :)
